Scope of Work

The project involved complete instrumentation for the Blast Furnace and Pulverized Coal Injection (PCI) systems:

• Field instrument installation — Transmitters, sensors, and analyzers for temperature, pressure, flow, and level measurement
• Cable tray and cable laying — Signal, control, and power cable routing throughout the facility
• Panel erection — DCS, MCC, and RIO panels installed and connected
• Calibration — All instruments calibrated to Tata Steel's stringent specifications
• Loop checking — Complete end-to-end verification of all signal loops
• Commissioning support — On-site support during plant startup and trial runs
